How to unlock promotion
1. Go to the "Promotion List" from Member Center.
2. Choose the "Promotion List" tab and select the promotion for which you have completed the requirements.
3. Click on the Unlock button
How to check valid bets
1. Go to the Member Center.
2. Choose the Profile option.
3. Select the Bet History tab.
4. Select the game type and time period member wants to check the valid bets.
How to cash out
1. Go to the Member Center.
2. Select Withdrawl.
3. Fill in the withdrawal information, then click Submit.
4. Double-check the information, enter your PIN code, and click Confirm.
How to add bank account
1. Go to the Member Center.
2. Choose the Profile option.
3. Click on the Persion Information.
4. Scroll down to the Payment Info section and enter the necessary information.
5. Finally, click Save Information to save your changes.
Why can't claim Free 77 WELCOME GIFT?
A: This limited-time event can only be claimed by players who registered after 4/1. Players who have not yet claimed it, please seize the opportunity.
Why does the amount decrease when unlocking activities?
A: Each activity will have an upper limit on the amount you can receive. If you reach it and press unlock, you can get up to the maximum amount, and the remaining amount will be recovered by the system.
